Vangelis is a PhD Chemical Engineer, specializing in the management of circular economy projects, water resources and energy management and has extensive experience in integrated environmental management systems. His senior management skills combined with the company's team of consultants, engineers and process experts are the key to VM&A's growth.

FINANCE & HR DIRECTOR
Athena specializes in financial and accounting services, as well as in the preparation of business and investment plans. Her dedication to the development and advancement of human resources gives a positive impetus to the company's financial development.
Matina Marneri
IMPLEMENTATION DIRECTOR
Matina is a PhD Chemical Engineer with more than twenty years of experience in the field of environmental projects, from the stage of design to the operation and environmental monitoring of the facilities. She is qualiffied with exceptional skills that give her the ability to tackle with challenges arising during projects and find the best solution.
Ntinos Naoum
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Ntinos is a PhD Chemical Engineer, with over two decades of experience in solid waste and wastewater management. He has excellent knowledge of environmental legislation and has participated as a project manager and/or member of project team to noumerous environmental projects. His strong communication and collaboration skills help company to establish special relationships with clients and reflect the company's customer-centric policy.

Project Finance Deal of the Year
The Waste Treatment Unit in Serres, was selected in the six best projects internationally, in the category "Best Utilities Projects in 2019" for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, at the "Partnership Awards" held in May 2019, in London.
The PPP Waste Project of Epirus was awarded as the "Project of 2018", at the 3rd Conference on Infrastructure and Transport, which is co-organized by the websites ypodomes.com and metaforespress.gr.
Following a three-month appraisal, the Western Macedonia waste management PPP has been announced Waste Deal of the Year 2013 as part of the World Finance award program "Project Finance Deal of the Year", a project in which VM&A has been part of Mott MacDonald's Lenders' Technical Advisor team.
