On 8 July 2026, VM&A was entrusted with the preparation of the Integrated Water Management Plan and the detailed development of EYATH S.A.’s General Water Services Plan (GWSP), while also providing support during the evaluation of the relevant deliverables by the Regulatory Authority for Waste, Energy and Water (RAAEY).
The project is aligned with the new institutional and financing framework governing water services and aims to establish a comprehensive strategic planning framework for water resources management, needs assessment, and the programming of the company’s required investments.
Through the implementation of the project, EYATH S.A. will strengthen its compliance with RAAEY’s new regulatory framework, maintain its management capacity certification, secure its eligibility to participate in and implement projects funded through national and European financing programmes, and enhance its medium and long-term investment planning for water supply and wastewater infrastructure.
Through this new collaboration, VM&A further reinforces its strong presence in strategic planning and the development of complex water-sector projects, contributing to the advancement of sustainable, resilient, and financially mature infrastructure for the benefit of water service providers and local communities.
